Das 26 m² große Zimmer liegt mit den Fenstern zur Uzstraße. Helles Zimmer mit drei Fenstern in nord und westlicher Richtung.
Wenn du möchtest, kannst du ein Bett, einen Bürostuhl, einen kleinen Tisch, einen Sofastuhl und ein kleines Regal übernehmen. Ohne extra Kosten. (Andere als auf den Bildern)

The 26 m² room is located with the windows facing the Uzstreet. Bright room with three windows facing north/west.
If you want, you can take over a bed, an office chair, a small table, a sofa chair and a small shelf. At no extra cost. (Different then the ones from the pictures)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Ansbacher Innenstadt, in der Nähe zum Herrieder Tor.
Supermärkte, Fitnesstudio, Kneipen etc. liegen in fußläufiger Nähe.
Die Hochschule lässt sich zu Fuß in etwa 10 min erreichen, ebenso der Bahnhof.

The apartment is centrally located in the city center of Ansbach, near the Herrieder Tor.
Supermarkets, gym, pubs etc. are within walking distance.
The university can be reached on foot in about 10 min, as well as the train station.
Du wärst der zweite Bewohner in unserer WG und löst Y. ab der auszieht, da er für ein Praktikum nach Köln zieht. Zusammenleben wirst du mit mir (Max), ich bin 29 und mache aktuell meine zweite Ausbildung im IT-Bereich.
Das WG-Leben ist im allgemeinen sozial, aber wenn man seine Ruhe möchte, gibt es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
Abgesehen von dem Zimmer das du beziehen wirst, besteht die Wohnung außerdem aus meinem Zimmer, einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, Küche, Bad und seperates WC.

You would be the second resident in our shared flat and replace Y. who is moving out, because he is moving to Cologne for an internship. You will live with me (Max), I am 29 and currently doing my second apprenticeship in IT.
The Shared apartment life is generally social, but if you want your peace and quiet, there are enough retreats.
Apart from the room you will move into, the apartment also consists of my room, a shared room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
In den angegeben Kosten ist soweit alles abgedeckt. Kaltmiete, Warmmiete, Strom, magentafarbenes Internet (100mb/s) und Fernsehen, außerdem GEZ.
Vorhanden ist außerdem Waschmaschine + Trockner.
Wenn sich an den Kosten (Strom, Heizung) etwas ändert, teilen wir uns weiterhin alles zu 50:50.
Möglich wäre es einen Garagenstellplatz zuzumieten.
Ich bin ein großer Tierfreund und würde mich auch sehr freuen, solltest du mit Hund oder Katz im Gepäck einziehen wollen. ;)

Everything is covered in the given costs so far. Cold rent, warm rent, electricity, magenta internet (100mb/s) and television, also GEZ.
There is also a washing machine and dryer.
If something changes in the costs (electricity, heating), we continue to share everything 50:50.
It would be possible to rent a garage parking space.
I am a big animal lover and would also be very happy, should you want to move in with dog or cat in your luggage. ;)
