Die WG umfasst noch eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ein Tageslicht Bad mit eigener Waschmaschine und einen Flur. Küche und Waschmaschine werden vom Nachmieter gegen eine Ablöse von 400€ übernommen. Diese kann bei Auszug auch wieder an den nächsten Mieter weitergegeben werden.
Zusammen mit anderen Studenten teilt man sich einen Garten und einen Fahrradschuppen.
Die Nebenkosten werden bei sinkenden Energiepreisen auch wieder sinken.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar liegt ein Lidl und Edeka.
Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt, genauso wie die Hochschule.

The train station is 10 minutes away on foot, as well as the university.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner Nazir spricht englisch und ein bisschen deutsch und ist Student an der Hochschule. Außerdem besucht er einen Deutschkurs. Er kocht sehr gerne, macht gerne Sport und ist offen für Unternehmungen.
