Ich wohne in einer schönen sanierten Altbauwohnung in der Augsburger Innenstadt (1. OG, inkl. Aufzug) und habe ein 17 qm großes Zimmer zur Untermiete (unbefristet) frei. Bei Interesse kann der Kleiderschrank übernommen werden (ist aber kein Muss).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 100 qm groß (also für mich allein einfach zu groß) und hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Ich habe davon 2 Stück (Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer) eingerichtet und gemietet, und zahle natürlich dementsprechend mehr Miete.
In der Küche gibt es eine kleine Sitzecke und es gibt einen Balkon (inkl. Grill) als Gemeinschaftsbereich.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und alles kann gemeinsam genutzt werden.
Alle Zimmer gehen zur Straße raus, die Fenster sind aber neu und dämmen den Lärm gut. Allzu lärmempfindlich solltest du am besten dennoch nicht sein.
Außerdem gibt es ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller.
Parken ist mit Anwohnerausweis unkompliziert vor dem Haus an der Straße möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, nur 5 Minuten vom Königsplatz entfernt und direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 1).

Ich finde es schön, mal gemeinsam zu Grillen oder ein Bier zu trinken und Besuch ist immer herzlich willkommen.
Gleichzeitig finde ich es auch wichtig, dass jeder sein eigenes Leben hat und sich bei Bedarf seine Zeit für sich nehmen kann. Eben einfach so, wie es für beide gut passt :)
Zu mir: Mein Name ist Lisa, ich bin 33 Jahre alt und ich arbeite in Augsburg für ein Software-Unternehmen im Vertrieb. Ich bin gern und viel mit Freunden unterwegs (bzw. auch mit Freunden bei uns daheim), liebe Biergärten, mache viel Sport und bin absolut leicht zu händeln, solange du mich in den ersten Minuten nach dem Aufstehen in Ruhe lässt :D
Ich bin weder putzwütig noch Messie und wünsche mir einen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin, der/die einfach entspannt, nett und lustig ist. Nachdem ich einen klassischen Arbeitsalltag hab, wäre es super, wenn du auch berufstätig bist.
