I am going to travel and I would like to sublease room from 1.7.2024 to 31.3.2025 with opportunity to prolong (take over contract eventually).
The shared flat is on the 3rd floor.
The room contains:
- Wardrobe
- Bed and matress
- Lamp and night table
Sofa, pillows, 2 blankets with sheets, bedsheet, drying rack, Desk and Chair (all what's in the pictures) + bike and lock for 320€ could be deducted from Kaution if you decide to take over rental contract.
The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared and used together.
There are 2 toilets (only one of them with shower)
Flat is fully equipped (washmachine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes etc.)

Ich werde verreisen und möchte das Zimmer vom 1.7.2024 bis zum 31.3.2025 untervermieten, mit der Möglichkeit, den Vertrag zu verlängern (eventuell zu übernehmen).
Die WG liegt im 3. Stock.
Das Zimmer enthält:
- Kleiderschrank
- Bett und Matratze
- Lampe und Nachttisch
Sofa, Kissen, 2 Decken mit Laken, Bettlaken, Wäscheständer, Schreibtisch und Stuhl (alles was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist) + Fahrrad und Schloss für 320€ kann von der Kaution abgezogen werden, wenn Sie sich entscheiden den Mietvertrag zu übernehmen.
Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und das Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Es gibt 2 Toiletten (nur eine davon mit Dusche)
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Geschirr etc.)
Strassenbahn and Rewe under 1 minute by foot from the appartment.
Center 10 min by foot or 4 minutes by Tram. City Galerie 6 minutes by foot.
Great views to the river and park across the street!
In the sharing flat we are 2 Czech and 1 Spanish (Holman, Adam and me) living in Augsburg since February 2022. As I am moving, we are looking for a new partner for the appartment.
In the flat we have a very good relationship with the rest of the components of the WG (we go out together in the evenings with other friends in the city, we have lunch/dinner together when we have time at home etc). For that reason, we would like to continue the same lifestyle with the next component of the WG. We dont have to do everything together but a good unterstanding between the 3 is very important :)
We are working in big companies in the surroundings of Augsburg and we usually practice sports after work during the week.
Holman speaks fluently English and Spanish and little bit German. Adm speaks Czech, English and German.
Cleaning in the common areas is a must for us.
