In unserem schönen Häuschen in der Innenstadt haben wir vom von August bis Januar ein Stockwerk frei. Es ist ca. 16 Quadratmeter groß, ganz oben im Haus und, versteckt in der Altstadt, ein ruhiges Plätzchen mitten im Getümmel! Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet bevor du einziehst ist es auch ggf. passend umgestellt. Es ist ein 1,40m Bett, sehr großer Schreibtisch, 3 Regale, ausreichend Beleuchtung, ein Klavinova und mindestens ein schöner Sessel vorhanden :) Im 1. Stock ist unsere Wohnküche und ein WC, einmal die Wendeltreppe rauf ist im 2. ist mein Zimmer mit Zugang zum Bad/Dusche, d.h hier müssten wir uns irgendwie abstimmen, aber das bekommen wir easy hin :) Nochmal die Wendeltreppe rauf ist ganz oben dann dein Zimmer.

In our beautiful little house in the city centre we have a vacant room from August to January. It is approx. 16 square meters large, right at the top floor of the house and, hidden in the old town, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle! The room is let furnished but of course cleared out and maybe shuffled suitably. One 1,40m bed, a large working desk with chair, 3 shelves, a Klavinova and a nice armchair are waiting for you ;-) On the 1st floor is our kitchen living and a toilet. Once the spiral staircase up in the 2nd floor is my room with access to the bath/shower, thus we would have to arrange somehow - but I'm sure we can work something out. Again the spiral staircase up is your room at the top floor.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Augsburg, denn sie liegt zwischen City Galerie und Fuggerei in der Altstadt. Von hier aus kommt man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in nur wenigen Minuten sehr gut an alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, denn's, dm usw.). Mit nur 5 Gehminuten zum Moritzplatz durch die schöne Altstadt ist der Weg in die Innenstadt ebenfalls nicht weit und am Königsplatz bzw. in Richtung Uni oder FH ist man ebenfalls sehr schnell!

The apartment lies very central in Augsburg, it is located between City Galerie (shopping centre) and the famous Fuggerei in the old town. From here you can reach all shopping possibilities (Rewe, bio markets, drug stores etc.) by foot or by bicycle in only a few minutes. With only 5 minutes walking distance to the Moritzplatz through the beautiful old town, our way into the city centre is also not far. And one is very fast at the Königsplatz with all public transport directions!
Ich, Irena (24) studiere Informatik und arbeite nebenzu als Webentwicklerin. Adrian geht für die Zeit in der du das Zimmer mieten könntest ins Auslandssemester, deswegen freue ich mich über eine nette Mitbewohnerin. Ich habe immer schon gerne mit meinen Mitbewohnern gekocht oder auch bei einem Kaffe oder anderem Getränk zusammengesessen - wenn es warm ist gerne bei uns im kleinen Vorhof! An sich kann sich aber natürlich kann sich aber jeder zurückziehen.
Unser Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd und Ofen sind vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls in unserem großen Keller.
Falls du Interesse an einer kleinen, aber sehr feinen, WG hast würden wir uns freuen dich kennenzulernen! Meld dich per E-Mail, dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen. (gerne auch per Skype)

I, Irena (24 years) study computer science and work as a web developer. Adrian goes abroad during the winter semester, so I would be glad to find a nice roommate. If the time allows, we can cook or have a beer together, if it is warm even in our small forecourt! But of course everyone can tune out.
Our house is well equipped: fridge, freezer, stove and oven are available. There is also a washing machine in our cellar.

Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort möglich zu mieten. (zeitlich sind wir sehr flexibel was den Ein- und Auszug betrifft!) In der Miete von 450€ ist alles inbegriffen.
