I am looking for a flatmate to share a new apartment in a great location in Berlin. Available as of February 1.
Preference for single female, working professional, non-smoker, no animals, considerate, clean and respectful of the neighbours - this is not a party house.

+ €590/month for your quiet, light room with built-in closet and large windows (spacious view onto Siegessäule, Akademie der Künste and Tiergarten around the corner) - includes heating and all maintenance fees
+ 5 min walk from Bellevue S-Bahn and Tiergarten and shopping amenities
+ 5 min walk to the beautiful views of Spree and to Moabit shops and cafes
+ enjoy the large balcony with your roommate in the summer (access is through my bedroom)
+ share kitchen, bathroom and separate WC (toilette) as well as spacious entry hallway.
+ price excludes internet and electricity - but you will save by splitting these fees
+ limited cellar storage available (dry cellar!) and separate bike room (for security!)
