Preference for single female, working professional, non-smoker, no animals, considerate, clean and respectful of the neighbours - this is not a party house.

+ 5 min walk to the beautiful views of Spree and to Moabit shops and cafes
+ enjoy the large balcony with your roommate in the summer (access is through my bedroom)
