Für den Zeitraum von Februar 2024, eventuell auch ab Januar mit Absprache, bis Ende März 2024 , suche ich eine Person, die mein möbliertes Zimmer in Berlin-Mitte zwischenmietet. Ideal für Leute, die einfach einen Platz zum Schlafen brauchen. Im Schlafzimmer selbst gibt es keinen Schreibtisch, da ich immer im Wohnzimmer arbeite (da ist natürlich ein Schreibtisch mit dabei). Die schöne Altbauwohnung ist insgesamt 85m2 groß und es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsbereich (Küche mit Balkon & Wohnzimmer).
Mietpreis: 750€ (Neben-/Betriebskosten wie Wasser, Strom, Gas, WLAN inklusive - je nach Verbrauch können sich die Preise variieren)
Kaution: 500€

I am renting out my furnished room from February 2024 until mid/end of March 2024. You'll live with my lovely roommate in our spacious apartment in central district Berlin-Mitte. There is a large common area (kitchen with balcony, living room).
Rent: 750€ (water, gas, electricity, wi-fi included - costs can vary depending on your consumption)
Deposit: 500€.

Super zentrale Lage, u. A. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Naturkundemuseum (U6), ca. 8min zum Nordbahnhof (S-Bahn) und 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahn (M5, M8, M10, 12). Man kann sich da echt nicht beschweren ;)

Du wirst mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin (26, Kunst-Liebhaberin, trinkt gerne Wein) wohnen.
