I rent a furnished room with private terrace in my 3-room flat in Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte. It’s floaded with natural light, quiet and clean.
I rent from 5 days on.
We would share the bathroom and the kitchen.
The room is furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and has a private furnished terrace of 6 m2 facing West, so perfect to watch the sunset every day.
The price includes sheets, towels, and end-cleaning. Just come with your suitcase!
The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and a bathtub.
No pets, no overnight guests, no parties and no smoking allowed.
I’m a creative freelancer working from home and i’m looking for respectful, clean, friendly and calm people to share the space with in harmony.
I’m pretty busy with work and friends but i’m always available if you need a tip/advice about Berlin or any help while you’re staying at my appartment :)
