We are renting our beautiful room in a modern rooftop Apartment in Fridenau/Steglitz close to S-Bahn/U-Bahn Bundesplatz, Berlin.
The room is available from the 01.07. top 31.08.
General info about the flat:
Whole flat has 103 m2, 3 bedrooms.
One of those rooms would be your own private room.

Very spacious bedroom with a lot of light due to the big windows
Huge summer terrace
1 big bathroom + separate Toilet
Shared kitchen - fully equipped

Price is 750€ per month
Deposit is 1300€

The neighborhood is nice, clean and quiet, with a few cafés and restaurants around.
You would be sharing the apartment with 2 other super nice Guys (both working).
Both are very easy going people.
