Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben (3. OG) in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und ist nach Norden und Süden ausgerichtet. Sie verfügt über 3 Zimmer in verschiedenen Größen, Küche, Bad und Flur. Das größte Zimmer hat einen Südbalkon. Küche und Bad werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Für zusätzlichen Stauraum gibt es einen großen (ca. 10 m²) Keller zur Wohnung. Das Gebäude ist gedämmt.
Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung hat eine neue Einbauküche mit Herd, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank, Tisch und Stühlen. Das Zimmer wurde 2019 neu möbliert und wird mit Bett/Schlafcouch, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl vermietet. Ihr bekommt also keine abgewohnten Möbel, sondern alles ist noch ziemlich neu. In der Warmmiete sind zudem auch Strom und Internet inkludiert.

A nice room in a shared flat is searching for a nice roommate from March 1st onwards or before that! >> Registration by the Bürgeramt is possible!
The flat is located in the top floor (3rd floor) of an apartment building. The rooms are facing north and southwards. The flat comprises of three rooms of different sizes, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and hall. The largest room has access to a quite big balcony. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared. For additional space to store your stuff, the flat includes a quite big cellar (10 sqm). The building has a facade with insulation.
Interior:
The flat will has a new build-in kitchen with baking oven, dish washer, fridge, table and chairs. All rooms are newly furnished with bed/studio couch, closet, working desk and chair. This means you won’t get used and shabby furniture – everything is quite new (2019). The rent includes electricity and internet (wireless) too.
Room:
Approx.15 sqm for 475 EUR /month including overheads
The overhead includes costs for heating, warm water, electricity, internet and furniture.

Die Wohnung liegt in Lichtenberg / Friedrichsfelde in der Moldaustraße zwischen Tierpark und dem Weitlingkiez. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, bietet aber alles was man braucht und darüber hinaus im nahen Umfeld. Rewe, Netto, DM, Rossmann, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio, Bars, Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Darüber hinaus gibt es viel Grün und Möglichkeiten für Sport und Freizeit (Schwimmhalle, Sportplätze, Parks, Spielplätze, Tierpark, u.v.m.).
Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Durch die in 5 Gehminuten erreichbare U-Bahnstation Tierpark (U5) mit zahlreichen Tram- und Buslinien kommt man schnell überall hin.
Die nächsten S-Bahn-Stationen Friedrichsfelde oder Lichtenberg sind in nur wenigen Minuten mit der Tram bzw. U5 erreichbar.

Location:
The flat is located in the district of Berlin-Lichtenberg / Friedrichsfelde. The Moldaustraße is a small and quite street between the Tierpark area and Weitling-Kiez. Here you will find within small distance everything you need. Rewe, Netto, DM, Rossmann, pharmacies, bakeries, gym, bars and restaurants are within short walking distance. Additionally there are lots of green spaces and opportunities for sports and leisure activities (indoor swimming pool, playing fields, Tierpark/zoo and more.
The access to public transportation is very comfortable. The station “Tierpark” with connection to the U5 subway and multiple tram and bus lines is reachable within a 5 minutes’ walk.
The next stations with connection to the S-Bahn and railway network Friedrichsfelde and Lichtenberg are reachable within a few minutes by subway or tram.

- HWR: 7 minutes by bicycle, 10 minutes by tram

Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Luis und Antonia. Beide studieren BWL in ihrem letzten Bachelorsemestern. In der WG hat man sowohl die eigene Ruhe, aber bei Bedarf auch einen Ansprechpartner. Öfter gibt es Netflixabende und im Sommer wird häufig auf dem Balkon die Sonne genossen. Kurz gesagt: Alles kann, nichts muss ;)
Your roommates would be Luis and Antonia. They both study economics. In the shared flat you would have your own space but also someone to talk to. From time to time we spend the time together watching netflix and in the summer we enjoy the evening sun on the balcony!
