Hey there!
My name is Silvia, I am offering a room in a 100m2, 3 room apartment 5 min walk to Warschauerstr. U-Bahn and - +10 min to the S-Bahn. Kreuzberg is also right there across the bridge.
The room I'm renting is the biggest one in the apartment, around 30m2 and it is located to the back side of the house. The apartment is extra quiet and bright, all rooms have windows and you can't hear the street at all. There are two rooms used as bedrooms and a living area for everyone to enjoy
I am a spanish tattoo artist who likes to spend a lot of creative time at home. You would be sharing only with me and my two lovely cats, so it's extremely important to me to find someone who loves and understands cats and is willing to accommodate to living with them (hair gets everywhere, litter boxes around, etc).
I am also looking for a non smoker person who won't expect to have parties in the apartment, with good communication skills and a respectful personality.

Situated in the Rudolfkiez, very quiet and amazing location next to the Warschauerstr., Spree river, East Side Gallery, East Side Mall, close walking distance to Kreuzberg and the heart of Friedrichshain (Frankfurter Tor, Boxhagenerstr.).
It’s a very well connected area in a really quiet corner of the neighbourhood where you cam find everything you might need.
You would share with me and my two cats.
We are used to a rather calm and quiet home life, ocassional small friend gatherings are totally fine, but parties and big groups of people are something i want to avoid.
I live a vegan lifestyle but i am flexible with your food habits as long as you are respectful towards mine. I consume vegan and cruelty free cosmetic and household products as much as humanly possible.
The furniture you will find in the room is the bed, a big drawer cupboard, a sofa and a clothes rack. The rest of things you see in the pics belong to the current tenant and they will not be there when you move in.
