We (Anna, 53 and Rosa, 16) have a beautiful, partially furnished (-> pictures) room (29qm, sunny, with piano, high speed internet) to rent for 500 € all inclusive. The appartment is located between the subwaystations Schönleinstraße (U8), Kottbusser Tor (U1) and Südstern (U7) very near to Landwehrkanal and Admiralbrücke.
As we are a small family, we are not a party wg and would like to live with a person who is working or seriously studying and has a regular daily routine. We are cooking mostly vegetarian (without dogma), are open to new friendships, but we can also cope well with a functional flat share, depending on how it turns out.
Attention allergy sufferers: We have a cat.

PS: We still take the corona pandemic very seriously and are looking for someone who, like us, does his best not to get infected.

Wir (Anna, 53 und Rosa, 16) haben ein schönes, teilmöbliertes (siehe Bilder) Zimmer (29qm, Südseite, Klavier) für 480 € alles inclusive zu vermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen den U-Bahnhöfen Schönleinstraße (U8), Kottbusser Tor (U1) und Südstern (U7) direkt um die Ecke von Landwehrkanal und Admiralbrücke.
Wir sind eine kleine Familie und keine Party-WG, möchten deshalb mit einer Person zusammenleben, die arbeitet oder ernsthaft studiert und einen geregelten Tagesablauf hat. Wir kochen meistens vegetarisch (ohne Dogma), sind offen für neue Freundschaften, kommen aber auch gut mit einer Zweck-WG klar, je nachdem, wie es sich ergibt.
Achtung Allergiker: Wir haben eine Katze.

PS: Wir nehmen die Coronapandemie immernoch sehr ernst und suchen jemanden, der, wie wir, sein bestes tut, sich nicht anzustecken.
