The room is furnished with a bed with two nightstands, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and a small bookshelf. It also has a 4K TV, plus a table and 2 chairs for the balcony. The rest of the furniture and decoration in the pictures will stay with the leaving tenant.
It is 14m2 and has a small balcony.
The contract is unlimited, the rent is 525€ all included (internet also). There is a deposit worth 1 month of rent.

Es hat auch ein groß 4K-TV, sowie einen Tisch und 2 Stühle für den Balkon. Der Rest der Möbel und Dekoration auf die Bilder wird mit dem aktuellen Mieter bleiben.
Das Zimmer hat Ca. 14m2, plus ein kleiner Balkon.
Das Vertrag ist unbefristet, die Miete ist 525€ warm (auch mit internet). Die Kaution ist 1 Monatsmiete.
The flat is located in the heart of the lively quarter of Friedrichshain, while being in a quiet street. It is close to many Friedrichshain bars, restaurants and spätis, midway between Boxagehener Platz and RAW, approximatly 5 min by walk from each.
You can reach the SBahn and Ringbahn in Ostkreuz in 10 min by walk, and the U5 (Samariterstraße) in 15min. The closer transportation is tramway M13, which is on the next street (we don't hear it at all from the flat). With a bike you can easily reach Kreuzberg and Treptower Park in less than 5min, passing by Modersöhnsbrücke.
The building have an elevator a big courtyard where you can park your bike.

Die Wohnung steht im Herzen Friedrichshain, aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße. Es ist in der Nähe von vielen Friedrishchain Bars, Restaurants und Spätis, auf halbem Weg zwischen Boxi und RAW, Ca. 5 min zu Fuß von jedem.
Ostkreuz SBahn und Ringbahn erreichst du in 10min zu Fuß und U5 (Samariterstraße) in 15min. Das nächstgelegene Verkehrsmittel ist Tramway M13, die sich in der nächsten Straße befindet (von der Wohnung hören wir es nicht). Mit Fahrrad erreichst du einfach Kreuzberg und Treptower Park in weniger als 5min, durch Mödersohnsbrücke.
Die Gebäude hat ein Aufzug und einen Innenhof wo du dein Fahrrad parken kannst.
The main tenants of this flat are Sid (26, from India) and Bastien (24, from France). We've been living together in this apartment for two years now! There is a third tenant, Thomas (29, from Germany), who spends the better part of the month in Munich so you'll be mostly spending time with the two of us.
Our values are all about open communication, mutual respect and living in a judgment-free environment. If you don't feel like talking or having lunch with others sometimes it's totally fine! And if you want to do some joint cooking sessions, share a tea with someone or exchange gardening tips you'll always be welcome to do so.
We want people living here to be comfortable and feel right at home.
Sid is working full-time and Bastien is learning German through an integration class that takes up most of his week. In the evenings you'll most likely find us in the kitchen as we're big cooking aficionados, or in our rooms watching football together.
We're looking for a respectful and open-minded person. We're particular about keeping the apartment clean and that would love our roommate to also not be loud and noisy - especially during the week.
We encourage applicants from all genders and backgrounds to reach out to us! Our flat is pro-LGBTQ+ rights and we're not looking for anyone who feels uncomfortable with that.
We are looking for flatmates from the 1. february. That flat will be open for visits from the 27 december, until we find a flatmate. We're looking for someone who wants to make this their home for long-term in Berlin. :)
