Die Wohnung ist ca. 82qm groß. Es gibt einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche, der gemeinsam genutzt werden kann, außerdem ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wanne und Bidet zur gemeinsamen Nutzung und einen Balkon. Zum Haus gehört auch ein großer Garten.
In der Wohnung lebt 1 Katze.
Du solltest also Katzen wirklich mögen, am besten hast du selbst schon mal mit einem Stubentiger gelebt.

13505 Berlin, also außerhalb des Rings im Grünen. Zur Bushaltestelle nur wenige Schritte. Den nächsten Supermarkt sieht man vom Balkon aus, diverse Restaurants etc. Mit dem Bus wenige Minuten bis Tegel, dort gibt es alles, was man braucht.
Ansonsten gibt es viel Wald und Wasser für Sport und Entspannung.

Ich selbst bin 57 (w). Zum Teil gebe ich nachmittags Coachings/Unterricht in der Wohnung. Ich bin generell eine lebhafte, vielseitige Person, aber es ist sicher keine Party-WG und eventuell eher für eine Person 30 J. und aufwärts optimal. Ich würde mich aber auch über einen jungen Menschen freuen, der sich hier wohl fühlen kann.
Ich zeige jemandem, der neu in Berlin ist, gerne etwas von der Stadt und natürlich die Umgebung der Wohnung.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten von Kochen bis Museen fände ich auch schön.
I myself am 57 and female. I do some coaching/teaching in the flat in the afternoons. I am generally a lively, versatile person, but it is surely not a party flat-share and possibly more optimal for a person around 30 yrs and up. However, I would also be happy for a young person to feel comfortable here.
I would be happy to show someone new to Berlin around the city and, of course, the area around the flat.
I would also like to do activities together, from cooking to museums.
Ich halte die Wohnung insgesamt sauber und ordentlich, das gilt insbesondere für Küche und Bad. Da beides gemeinsam genutzt wird, sollten wir uns auf einen einheitlichen Standard und ToDos verständigen.
Wegen der Katzen solltest du eine gewisse Toleranz für deren Haare mitbringen. Es ist einfach nicht zu vermeiden, dass die sich verbreiten.
I keep the flat clean and tidy overall, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since both are shared, we should agree on a uniform standard and to-dos.
Because of the cats, you should have a certain tolerance for their hair. It is simply unavoidable that those spread.
