Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock (mit Aufzug) in wunderbarer Lage zwischen U weberweise und S Ostbahnhof, tollen Restaurants am Boxhagener Platz und ganz in der Nähe vom Alexanderplatz!

The apartment is situated at the fourth floor (with elevator) at wonderful location right in between U weberweise and S Ostbahnhof, great restaurants along Boxhagener Platz and very close to Alexanderplatz!

Ihre Mitbewohnerin wäre eine berufstätige Frau, die jeden Wochentag ins Büro geht. Das Haus ist eine Mädchenwohnung gewesen, also würde ich es gerne so lassen :)

Wenn du diese Untermiete nimmst, bekommst du Morgensonne 🌞 direkt in dein Zimmer und einen kleinen Balkon für den Abend 🌞.
Es gibt auch viele Spiele, die man in der großen Küche an den nicht so sonnigen Tagen spielen kann. Zur Küche gehört auch ein Balkon, den ihr nutzen könnt.
Der Waschraum liegt direkt neben der Küche und verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Toilette. Die Toilette wurde erst letzte Woche durch eine neue ersetzt!
