The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift (get ready to work that booty!). The flat is ca 50 sqm in total, it has a large living room with a balcony facing south from which you can enjoy plenty of sunlight and an amazing viewing. The 2 bedrooms are the same size, hence the price of the flat is split equally. Your bedroom will be furnished with a mattress, desk and all the essential stuff, so you don't have to bother about it :)
The flat is super conveniently located - literally 3 minutes from the main door to the train platform in Ostbahnhof! Big plus: the Rewe at Ostbahnhof is open on Sundays! 15' walking distance to Boxhagener Platz, 10' to Holzmarkt, 5' to Berghain. The neighborhood might not be the prettiest, but it's super safe.
You will be living with me (whoop whoop!). Boring things: I'm F, Italian, 31, working in HR. As I am working from home full time, ideally you are somebody who works from the office at least some days per week.
More about me: I'm a pretty standard human I guess. I enjoy späti beers at the park, I like to work out (often from home), go clubbing every now and then, try and play guitar. Currently learning French. I love food and I love cooking - mainly vegan (I don't forbid cooking meat in the flat but it would be great if you are not a huge bacon fan). I like to keep the flat decent but I'm not a freak, that's why I have somebody coming every 2 weeks for a deeper clean.
I am not looking for a soulmate here, but I really want somebody with whom I can get along well :) You are a good fit if you are willing to question yourself, communicate openly, and are pleasant to be around. We don't have to have symbiotic lives, but it would be nice if we go beyond the cohabitation relationship and sit down together every now and then to chat or eat.
I personally like to have friends over for dinner or drinks, and I would be happy if you felt free to do the same. I also don't mind if you want to gather a big party every now and then - it's going to be your flat too, it's all about communicating needs and desires :)
- It is advertised as a short term for 4 months, but the duration is negotiable.
- The price is exactly the rent and the bills equally split by 2 - I'm not making any money here! You will have access to the original contracts so you can check by yourself. I'm saying this because I know that there are people out there who take advantage of this kind of situations - I've been there before :)
