Hi Leute!
Ich und mein Kumpel Felix sind auf der Suche nach einer bzw. einem neuen Mitbewohner:In in unserer WG, da unser Freund Lorenz ausziehen wird. Wir suchen jemanden, der entweder arbeitet oder studiert, sauber, ordentlich und respektvoll ist und eine positive Einstellung zum Leben hat!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 34 m2 groß, Altbau und kostet ca. 500 warm. Die ganze Wohnung hat 2 ziemlich anständige Größe Bäder, eine Küche, eine andere "Wohnzimmer" und Felix's und meine Zimmer. Außerdem hat mein Zimmer einen Balkon, der von jedem in der WG genutzt werden kann.
Ein bisschen was über uns:
Mein Name ist Julian und beende gerade mein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Ich habe auch Jura studiert und interessiere mich sehr für Musik, Sport und Kochen. Manchmal gehe ich auch gerne raven, aber nicht jedes Wochenende.
Felix schreibt seine Masterarbeit in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und arbeitet nebenbei als Projektmanager im Bereich Wirtschaftsentwicklung. Er ist eher der ruhige Typ, liebt Radfahren, Klettern und Kochen.
Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.01.2022.
Da wir in der WG befreundet sind und das schon immer so war, wollen wir keine "Zweck-WG", sondern eher jemanden, der freundlich ist und auch gerne mal Zeit mit uns verbringen möchte! Meldet euch einfach bei uns, wenn ihr Interesse habt, kommt vorbei und lernt uns kennen!

Hi guys.
Me and my mate Felix are looking for a new flatmate in our WG, since our friend Lorenz is moving out. We are looking for someone who is either working or studying, is clean, tidy and respectful and has a positive attitude towards life!
The bedroom is around 34 m2, “Altbau” and costs roughly 500 warm. The whole flat has 2 pretty decent size bathrooms, a kitchen, another spare “livingroom” and Felix’s and my rooms. Also, my room has a balcony which can be used by anyone in the WG.
A little bit about us:
My name is Julian, I am 27 years old and am finishing my Economics studies. I have also studied Law and am really into music, sports and cooking. Sometimes I like to rave as well, but not every weekend.
Felix is 28 years old and writing his master thesis in economics while working part time as project manager in the economic development context. He is a bit more the quiet one, loves cycling, climbing and cooking.
Contract starts on 01.01.2022.
Since we are mates in the WG and it has always been like that, we’re not looking for a “Zweck-WG”, but rather someone that is friendly and would like to spend some time with us as well! Just let us know if you’re interested, come around and get to know us!
