The room is 19 sqm, with high ceilings and huge windows. It faces west, so you will be able to sleep in and get nice evening light as well. Our flat is in a courtyard behind another building, so street noise is minimal. We also have loads of plants, and like to keep things green :)
The flat is located on the U9 and S3/5/7/9 between three stations (Bellevue, Hansaplatz and Turmstraße). Less than 10 minutes on foot will get you to any of these.
We are also right on the Spree, which is a great place to meet friends for beer/picnic in the summer. Tiergarten is also within walking distance!
We are two students looking for a new third roommate for our flat. We are looking for someone interested in spending time together (cooking, game nights, movies, general fun activities, etc...) We are both vegetarian/vegan, and belong to the LGBTQ community, so it's preferable that you're cool with that :D.
Jim is from the US (Portland, Oregon) and is studying physics in his 4th semester at Universität Potsdam.
Luca is from Berlin, and has just started his Master's Degree at Freie Universität studying Biochemistry.
