* 28sqm room with plenty of space for a large bed, desk, dresser, couch, bookshelf, clothing rail, etc. We share the kitchen and a bathroom.
* Sunny and a nice view of the park.
* Flatmate is likely moving out 1 August - will confirm exact dates soon
* Unfurnished, renovated
* 3 months but likely to extend if its the right fit for both of us.
* It's a non-smoking flat without a balcony. I don't care if you smoke outside, but it's a lot of stairs so might not be the best fit for a smoker.

* Unmöbliert, renoviert
* 3 Monate, kann aber verlängert werden, wenn es das Richtige ist.
* Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung ohne Balkon. Es ist mir egal, wenn Sie draußen rauchen, aber vielleicht nicht die beste Passform für einen Raucher sein.

Freue mich auf Wanderungen und Festivals diesen Sommer! Jeder wird sein eigenes Wohnzimmer haben, damit wir viel Platz haben. Mit meiner derzeitigen Mitbewohnerin machen wir beide unser eigenes Ding, aber unsere Türen sind oft offen für Gespräche. Das ist ein gutes Gleichgewicht!
