thank you for your interest in this flat. It's more pricy than other shared apartment but it will be worth it. The room that is available is on the top floor of the two level apartment. The other bedrooms are downstairs so you have to upper room to yourself at night. There is a seperate toilet upstairs as well, along with the kitchen. The upper level even has it's own entrance. The spacious living room is right next to the room so you should be okay with someone hanging around there till around midnight during weekdays. There aren't really parties anymore (luckily), except for special events like a birthday of course. So you usually should not be disturbed much at night.
The room can be fully furnished as seen in the pictures with no additional cost.
The apartment (around 150sqm) is in the heart of Kreuzberg near Görlitzer Park. You can reach Kottbusser Tor, Görlitzer Park and the Wrangelkiez by foot. There are countless Clubs that you can reach within 20 minutes by foot. Warschauer Straße is 20 min. by foot away.

du bist also auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer? Wie wäre es mit einer Bleibe in einer TOP-Gegend mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars noch und nöcher und ganz viel Ruhe?!
Das Zimmer ist das einzige Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk und hat eine eigene Wohnungstür neben der Tür. Die Dachterasse ist auch nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.
Die Wohnung (ca 150qm) ist eine Dachgeschoss Maisonette mit Blick über Kreuzberg beim Paul-Linke-Ufer. Bei der Ausstattung bleiben kaum Wünsche offen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt neben einer Badewanne über eine ebenerdige Dusche. Sogar ein Bidet ist vorhanden.
Es gibt natürlich eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr groß und führt direkt auf die Dachterasse. Zusätzlich ist noch ein Gäste-WC vorhanden.

The location is very good. Görlitz Park and Paul Linke Ufer are just around the corner. The discounters Penny, Lidl, Aldi and an organic store are a 5 minute walk away. Also EDEKA and a bottle shop.
In front of the house the Bus M29 goes from Hermannplatz to Charlottenburg.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Görlitzer Park und das Paul Linke Ufer sind gleich um die Ecke. Penny, Lidl, Aldi und ein Biomarkt sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Vorm Haus fährt der M29 vom Hermannplatz nach Charlottenburg.
All residents are employed. You should be as well (or wealthy enough :-P). Since each of us has different daily rhythms, we don't necessarily see each other every day.
One is working as a designer, one is working at a football company and I am working for a consulting company in taxes.
There are hardly any parties in the apartment, but they are not excluded. Overall, living together is very quiet.
Also, you don't have to clean the common rooms.

Alle Bewohner sind berufstätig. Du solltest es auch sein. Da jeder von uns unterschiedliche Tagesrhythmen hat, sehen wir uns nicht zwangsweise jeden Tag.
Parties in der Wohnung gibt es kaum, sind aber nicht ausgeschlossen. Insgesamt ist das Zusammenleben sehr ruhig, aber nicht spießig ;-)
Die gemeinsamen Räume musst Du nicht putzen.
