Hi, mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG Nähe U Mehringdamm wird vom 09.07. bis zum 22.08. frei und steht zur Untermiete. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 19 qm groß und möbliert (Bett, Schrank, kleiner Schreibtisch, Regal, Stereo Anlage und mehr).
Die Wohnung hat eine von der Toilette separate Dusche. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet und W-Lan gibt es natürlich auch.
Mein Mitbewohner legt Wert auf Ordnugn und Sauberkeit, zumindest den geteilten Bereichen solltest du also mit dem entsprechenden Respekt gegenüber treten. Wenn du dich in unserer Wohnung siehst oder Fragen hast, schreib mir gerne.
Der Preis für den gesamten Zeitraum liegt bei 800€
Hi, i'm subletting my room in a 2 person shared flat from July 09. until August 22. The room is about 19 squaremeters and furnished (bed, wardrobe, small desk, sound system, tv+vcr and more).
The flat has a shower which is seperated from the toilet. The kitchen is equipped quite good and of course there is Wifi.
A clean environment means a lot to my flatmate, therefore you should treat the shared space accordingly. If all this sounds like the shelter of your choice, or if you got questions, feel free to give me a text.
The price for the said period is 800€
7 Minuten zum U Bahnhof Mehringdamm. 3 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle Bergmannstraße. Verschiedene Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Das Tempelhofer Feld und der Kreuzberg sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die EInkaufsstraße "Bergmannstraße" ist direkt um die Ecke.
