Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich möchte gerne mein derzeitiges Büro an einen netten, neuen WG-Mitbewohner vermieten.
Meine Wohnung ist gemütlich und bis auf das zu vermietende Zimmer komplett möbliert. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3-Zimmer, wovon eines dein privates Schlafzimmer wäre. Ich würde vorerst jemanden für 3 Monate suchen, sollte zwischen uns alles klappen und wir uns gut verstehen, ist eine Verlängerung auf jeden Fall auch möglich.
Dein Zimmer hat ca. 12 m2.
Außerdem zur Mitbenutzung verfügt die Wohnung über ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher.
Hier könnte man ggf. auch einen geteilten Home-Office Arbeitsplatz einrichten.
Zudem gibt es einen Balkon, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine und Mikrowelle.
Ich suche nach einer netten, sauberen, berufstätigen Person, mit der das WG Zusammenleben Spaß macht.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich bin Anna, 29 Jahre alt und lebe seit 4 Jahren in Berlin.
Ich arbeite in Vollzeit im Hybrid-Modell, d.h. ich bin ca. 2-3 Tage im Büro und die restlichen Tage arbeite ich von zuhause aus.
Abends oder am Wochenende gehe ich gerne mit Freunden weg oder auch mal zum Fussballspiel um die Ecke. Ich koche sehr gerne, gehe auch gerne mal wandern oder Tischtennis spielen und bin eigentlich für fast jede Aktivität zu begeistern.
Ich spreche fließend deutsch und englisch und lerne gerade Spanisch.
Außerdem verreise ich viel ins Ausland oder auch mal für ein paar Wochen in meine Heimat.

I would like to rent out my current office to a nice new flatmate.
My flat is cosy and fully furnished except for your room. The flat has a total of 3 rooms, one of which would be your private bedroom. I would initially be looking for someone for 3 months, but if everything works out between us and we get on well, an extension is definitely possible.
Your room is about 12 m2.
The flat also has a shared living room with a sofa and TV.
We could possibly also set up a shared home office workspace here.
There is also a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub and window and a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
I am looking for a nice, clean, working person who is fun to live with.
A few things about me:
I am Anna, 29 years old and have been living in Berlin for 4 years.
I work full-time in a hybrid model, so I'm in the office 2-3 days a week and the rest of the time I work from home.
In the evenings or at the weekend I like to go out with friends or to the football match round the corner.
I like to cook, go hiking or play table tennis and I am enthusiastic about almost any activity.
I speak fluent German and English and am currently learning Spanish.
I also travel abroad a lot or sometimes go visit my family for a couple of weeks.
LAGE
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 7 Gehminuten von der U5 U-Bahn Station Magdalenenstraße entfernt, mit welcher man bspw. die Samariter Straße, den Alexanderplatz, den Hauptbahnhof, wie auch das Brandenburger Tor direkt erreichen kann. Auch die S-Bahn Station Lichtenberg ist innerhalb ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ein Bus Richtung Ostbahnhof fährt außerdem direkt gegenüber.
Auch zu den nächsten Supermärkten ist man in wenigen Minuten gelaufen.

The flat is located approximately 7 minutes from U5 station Magdalenenstraße. The S-Bahn station Lichtenberg is also only 10 minutes by foot, as well as a bus in direction Ostbahnhof just opposite the flat.
To the next supermarkets you only walk a few minutes as well.
