14m2 Helles WG-Zimmer, Ringbahn Landsberger Allee, kurzfristig im Juni & Juli

Hallo liebe Menschen,

wir suchen für 2 Monaten jemanden (nur 1 Person) zur Zwischenmiete für unsere sehr zentral helles Zimmer im 2 Zimmer Wohnung, da ich auf reisen gehen werde. Die Einzugsdatum und Auszugsdaten sind nach Vereinbarung flexibel.

Was macht unsere Wohnung besonders?

- Das Zimmer befindet sich im 6. OG deshalb hat es einem schönen Ausblick (Aufzug ist verfügbar).
- in einem neuen Gebäude und alles funktioniert einwandfrei
- Bad und Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet und können natürlich jederzeit genutzt werden. Du kannst dich also wie zu Hause fühlen.
- Du wirst die Wohnung mit mein Partner teilen. Er ist arbeitet als Umweltingenieur, ganz freundliche, ordentliche, unkompliziert, saubere und aktive Person.
- Die Wohnung hat absolut perfekte Anbindung an die Verkehrsmittel bringt dich einfach und schnell in jeden anderen Stadtteil. 2 Gehminuten: Strasßenbahn (M5, M6 & M8), 6 Gehminuten: S-Bahn Landsberger Allee (Ringbahn).

Da es sich um ein Wohnhaus handelt ist von wilden Parties abzusehen und die üblichen Ruhezeiten so gut es geht einzuhalten. Die Besichtigung ist online, aber es ist möglich später, wenn wir uns entscheiden, zu kommen und die Wohnung zu sehen. Anmeldung ist für diese kurze Zeit leider nicht möglich.

Einige Informationen über Karim:
Ägypter, 29 Jahre alt. Er Hat in Schweden erneuerbare Energien studiert. Er ist in Deutschland für 3.5 Jahren. Da er in Dresden Umweltingenieurwesen studiert hat, hat er sich in Deutschland verliebt und beschlossen, in Berlin zu bleiben. Er sprecht Englisch, Deutsch und Arabisch und wünscht, in der Zukunft Spanisch zu lernen.

Er arbeitet jetzt in einer NGO in Kreuzberg im Bereich Klimawandel und Entwicklung.

Er interessiert sich für Themen im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung im globalen Süden, Politik, Feminismus, Klimawandel und Empowerment. Er hat deshalb seine Masterarbeit in einem ländlichen Gebiet in Tansania in einer Mädchenschule gemacht.

Hello lovely people,

we are looking for someone (1 person) to sublet our beautiful and bright room for 2 Months while I am traveling. Move in and out dates are flexible by arrangement.

What makes our apartment special?

- The apartment is on the 6th floor, therefore, it has a great view (elevator is available which makes it even more enjoyable)
- The flat is in a new building so everything works perfectly (hot water, heating and everything that can make your stay comfortable)
- The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped and of course, can be used at any time. So you can feel at home.
- You will share the apartment with my partner. He is an environmental engineer, friendly, neat, uncomplicated, clean, and active person.
- The apartment has absolutely perfect transportation connection and will bring you easily and quickly to any other part of the city. 2 minutes walk: tram (M5, M6 & M8), 6 minutes walk: S-Bahn Landsberger Allee (Ringbahn).

Since this is a residential building, wild parties are not allowed. The viewing is online, but it is possible later to come and see the apartment. Registration is unfortunately not possible for this short time. Smoking is only possible in the kitchen outside of the window but not in the room in any case.

Some information about Karim:
Karim is Egyptian, 29 years old. He studied renewable energy engineering in Sweden. He has been living in Germany for 3.5 years. Having studied environmental engineering in Dresden, he fall in love with Germany and decided to stay in Berlin. Karim speaks English, German and Arabic and would love to learn Spanish in the future.

He is now working in an NGO in Kreuzberg in the field of climate change.

He is interested in topics related to development in the global south, politics, feminism, climate change, sustainability and activism. In his free time, he likes reading, doing yoga, traveling, listening to music, biking, and hiking.
