✨ The room is a tad small (around 11m2 ) but über cozy, bright (when the sun ☀️ is shining in Berlin -duh!), since it has a big, nice window, and fully furnished, including: a bed, a desk, a chair, a spacious drawer, a bedside table and a mirror.
💶 Rent per month: 420€ (warm) + Deposit: 700€
Looking for a female, non-smoker 🚭 (it goes without saying that this concerns the common areas of the house; in your own room feel free to smoke!) preferably in her 30s, to rent (*for a minimum of 6 months*) a super nice room in our 4-WG apartment: available from April 1st, with the possibility of a long term contract.

📍 Friedrichshain-Lichtenberg, right upon Frankfurter Allee.
The apartment is well-connected with U-Bahn, S-Bahn and various tramlines.
It's very close to Boxhagener plazt, it takes me 7 minutes by bike.
On foot 👣 :
2 mins -> U5-Magdalenenstraße
6 mins -> S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee
3 mins -> REWE/Aldi
8 mins -> Lidl
🏠 Our WG is QUIET, CLEAN & INTERNATIONAL and consists of 3 people (2 guys + 1 girl):
Jose(from Spain), Federica (from Italy) and Kagi (from South Africa). We're currently looking for a 4th one since our lovely roommate, Voula, is sadly leaving soon!
We have a cleaning schedule and like to keep the common areas clean and tidy.
The apartment has one bathroom and we hang out sometimes in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equiped, you have everything you need to cook, but there's no microwave or freezer.
Good vibes and good communication are important. And we'd like to meet you in person before we make a decision!

Some of the furniture that you can see in the pictures is not included in the room. The bed will be a different one (although also a double bed), the couch and shelf are not included so you'll have more space than what it looks. The rest will stay in the room.
