Hi all,
we are looking for a female flatmate that wants to stay in our apartment for one month.
You will have a big room with enough space and a balcony in your room.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine and you will have your own section in the fridge.
The girls that live here are very lovely and kind but they will also move out in September.
The bus 277 drives to Neukölln and the stop is approximately 5 min away. You can also take the S2 in the direction of the City Centre. You will need like 20 min until Potsdamer Platz.
You can find a lot of shopping facilities in front of the building. (Lidl, Aldi, Netto and Kaufland at the S-Bahn station). There is also a shopping mall about 15 min away by bus.
The rent costs 500€ no extra fees. The room will be rented with the bed and a small desk.
