30qm in Kreativ-WG in bester Lage!

Die Auguststrasse ist eine der coolsten Strassen in Berlin. Mega zentral, tolles Publikum, viele Galerien und alles was man braucht, ist dirket vor der Haustür. Die beiden Zimmer liegen zum Hinterhof und sind super ruhig. Auch die Friedrichstr. ist direkt ums Eck und vom Sbahnhof dort kommt man überall hin.

Auguststrasse is one of the coolest streets in Berlin. Mega central, great crowd, many galleries and everything you need is right outside the front door. The two rooms are located to the backyard and are super quiet. Also Friedrichstr. is just around the corner and from the train station there you can get everywhere.

Ich vermiete 2 Zimmer unter. Dieses und noch ein kleineres (13qm), das findest Du in einer separaten Anzeige.

Ich habe meinen privaten Bereich im vorderen Teil und habe auch mein Office in der Wohnung. Zum Office gehört auch noch ein extra WC. Ich bin Künstler und Musiker und habe eine Initiative, die sich für junge sterbende Menschen einsetzt. Philosophische und künstlerische Themen könnten also öfters mal auftauchen. Ich habe einen super lieben Hund, also ein Hundefreund solltest Du sein. Bin eher der Monk als Chaot, Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig. Eine Putzfrau kommt einmal die Woche.
Auf Drogen im Haus habe ich keinen Bock, Gin Tonic, Wein und Jim Beam Cola jederzeit. :)

Toll wären Menschen aus dem KreativBereich, ich arbeite sehr viel mit Künstlern, Bands, Musicaldarstellern und Content Herstellern zusammen. Ist aber kein Muss! Sympathie und Humor sind mir wichtiger.

Intoleranz, Akzeptanz jeglicher Form von Rassismus und rechtes Gedankengut passen nicht zu meinem Lebensstil.

Schwarzer Humor das Leben abfeiern dagegen sehr. Als Ex-Weltreisender liebe ich fremde Kulturen.

Bei Interesse melde Dich einfach und wir quatschen. Die Bude ist super und ich freue mich auf ne gute, gemeinsame Zeit!

I have my private area in the front and also have my office in the apartment. I am an artist and musician and have an initiative that supports young people who are dying. So philosophical and artistic topics might come up more often. I have a super dear dog, so a dog lover you should be. Am more of a monk than a slob, cleanliness is important to me. A cleaning lady comes once a week.
Please no drugs! Gin and tonic, wine and Jim Beam Cola anytime. :)

Great would be people from the creative field, I work a lot with artists, bands, musical performers and content producers together. But it's not a must! Sympathy and humor are more important to me.

Intolerance, acceptance of any form of racism and right-wing ideas do not fit my lifestyle.

Black humor, however, celebrating life very much. As an ex-world traveler I love foreign cultures.

Solltest Du nur befristet ne Bleibe suchen, so können wir auch darüber quatschen. Mindestens drei Monate sollten es aber auf jeden Fall sein.

Das Zimmer wird ab dem 15.03. allerspätestens zum 01.04. frei.
