I'm leaving my room in a WG located in the very center of Berlin (Museum Island) and I'm looking for someone to take over the contract until April 2023, with possibility to extend.
The flat is composed of 2 rooms, one being occupied already by my roomate (male, 28 years old). The room available for rent is quite large and very bright, due to its big windows facing south and providing a lot of sunlight during the day. It includes 1 large fully retractable bed, 2 armchairs, 1 desk, a private balcony, 3 cupboards and one cabinet.
The rent is 650€ warm (inc. electricity, water, wifi,...). The deposit is 1,300€. The contract is until April 2023 but can be extended at this date if the tenant wishes. Please note that Anmedlung will only be possible from May 2023, once the new contract is extended.
The following documents are required:
- Short presentation about yourself
- ID
- Anmeldung
- work contract (for students: admission letter or equivalent document)
- Last 3 payslips (for students: blocked bank account statement or equivalent document proving your solvability)
- SCHUFA (solicitar ahora)
