I will be travelling from 1st August to 17th and possibly 21st of August so I am subletting. I still need to find out which date it will be exactly. The indicated rent would be for the whole 3 weeks. If you need a room until end of August we could host you in the living room until the end of the month.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat wunderschönen Dielenboden und Stuck an der Decke. Es ist voll möbiliert wie auf dem Bild. Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein kleiner Balkon der gemeinsam genutzt wird, d.h. das mein Mitbewohner nach Anklopfen manchmal (selten) durch das Zimmer geht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit Gasherd und verschiedenen Küchengeräten. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, in dem man die Morgensonne genießen kann.
The room has lots of light, has high decorated ceilings and a beautiful wooden floor. A small balcony that we share belongs to the room. That means that sometimes (rather seldom, tbh) my flatmate would come through the room to the balcony, after knocking the door of course. It is fully furnitured as seen on the picture. The kitchen is well quipped with everything needed for making a delicious meal :) There is a living room in which you can catch the morning sun.
Zentral im Osten Moabits. Direkt gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich eine Haltestelle für den Bus M27. Fußläufig erreichbar ist die Ubahnstation Birkenstraße, wo die U9 fährt. Ein Edeka befindet sich direkt gegenüber. In der Nähe ist eine große Auswahl an Bars und Cafes, wie zum Beispiel das Tirree an der Birkenstr.
Located Central in the east of Moabit. Opposite to the house there is a station for the bus M27. You can reach the metro station BIrkenstr by foot where U9 is running. A supermarket is very closeby. Also closeby are several nice bars and cafes.
Der Mitbewohner arbeitet als Architekt. Zu Hause ist für uns ein Ort der Entspannung, wo wir gerne zusammen essen oder uns über unser Leben austauschen. Uns ist eine freundliche Atmosphäre wichtig und wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit.
My flatmate is an architect who works during the week. We are relaxed people who like to socialize and have chat. Cleanliness and a friendly atrmosphere is important to us.
