Hello dear wg gesucht:ers!
I am leaving my room behind and looking for a new girl to take it over! The lease would officially start at the start of August, but you also have the possibility of taking it from the second week of July onwards ( flexible move in date) It’s a girls only flat ( land ladies rules). Anmeldung and long term contract!
The room is about 12 square meters, has all the furniture you need. I bought the bed for the room and would sell it on if you wanted to keep it ( otherwise I will sell it). Also the yellow shelf I am undecided if it will keep or stay, but I found it on the street and think it’s so cute and brightens up the room!! So you can tell me if you want it or not :)
About the flat…
The flat is in Kreuz-Kölln ;))) only the coolest area to live in ;)
It’s located on Pannierstraße , near Sonnenallee. The flat is on the second floor. My room is courtyard facing, so you get lots of natural light with a big beautiful window! Bathroom, washing machine , etc etc all here! All kitchen utensils , but you are more than welcome to bring more if you have!
About the area…
There is sooo much to do it in this area, maybe I don’t even need to tell you. You have everything in close proximity, Hermannplatz ubhan just a few minutes walk away and everything incredibly well connected! Just 5 minutes walk from the canal, 10 mins from Admiralbrücke! Edeka,
Rewe, Penny, Lidl , all the grocery shops in close proximity you can imagine. You are really living in the centre of life and there is so many bars, cafes, restaurants and things to do in the area. We have a croissanterie right downstairs so the apartment hallway smells loooovely in the morning!
About the roomies…
You will be living with 4 other girls! Your future roomies are Shug, Sarah, Lisa and Beth.
They are all between the ages of 22-28, doing different jobs and studies in Berlin. The flat isn’t huge, we have one small kitchen/ communal space but it is in the centre of the flat without windows, and we share a bathroom. We all have a good relationship with each other, we hang out from time to time and we always have nice chats in the flat when we’re home together. We all have different schedules so we live independently. Sometime that is important to us! We are a small flat, meaning we have to respect each other and the space we share. Keeping clean is important to us! We have a good relationship when it comes to communication and being open with each other, so we’d like to keep up this vibe in the flat :)
