Hello all 🙂 I will be subletting my room in a 90m2 flat in Neukolln, right by the arcaden (U7 and U8). I will be renting it from the 20th of September to the 25th of October. Rent is 675 warm for Sept.28-Oct. 25 (its a furnished flat so not the old Berlin prices unfortunately).
Some details:
-We are open to any gender of flatmate! Feel free to share.
-There is a flatmate, a lawyer from Ireland.
- Flexible dates to move in-I will move my personal belongings in the photos out of the room
-storage space for luggage, etc.
-there is a hochbett for guests in the hall
- two desks to work from (one in bedroom and one in wohnzimmer, as well as the kitchen)
- We are not a party flat, we both WFH so we like to keep it like a little comfy safe chill space
-There are plants to water 🙂
-fourth floor walk up altbau with renovated features
-about 5 supermarkets all within in a 10min walking distance area
