Hey everyone,
Renting out this beautiful furnished room from the 9th until the 20th of September.
The room is 23sqm with a large balcony right outside your window, which has a view of the Hertzbergplatz and it’s beautiful park. Unfortunately there is a scaffolding in front of it, but it doesn’t reduce the light coming into the room and there is barely any work done on the building right now, so there is not a lot of noise.
The apratment was renovated in 2019 and has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

The flat is located near Hertzbergplatz, right on the corner to Sonnenallee and a 7 min walk to the Sonnenallee S-Bahn Station. The M41 Bus station, which leads to Rathaus Neukölln, Hallesches Tor or Hauptbahnhof is right outside the building. There is a turkish supermarket on the corner and the next REWE is 5min walking distance.
Another 5 mins walk you can get to the canal which is great for running or walking, or to Weserstraße with its bars and restaurants.
The location is really convenient and it's easy to get around.
Other than yours there is one more room. Your roomate is usually not home much, since she is working during the week and out with friends on weekends. In our flat we like to cook a lot or have a chat when we see each other, but also respect each others privacy, since we both enjoy time on our own after a full day of work.
