We are looking for a flatmate for long-term rental, in freshly renovated shared apartment.
Anmeldung is possible only after the trial period.
* The room is around 20 sqm
* separate bathroom, kitchen and cloakroom
* move in on 1st of November
* monthly price is 690eur.
* deposit 1400eur
* Proof of income required
The room comes unfurnished. The kitchen and bathroom have everything needed.
We also have separate space for storage, which means you won't have to store stuff in your room (such as suitecases, winter coats etc.).
The location is really good.
The Ringbahn (S41, S42, S45, S46, S47) is only 7min walk away, U bahn (U7) only 5min. away.
There's a lot of grocery shopping options in the area - Kaufland, Rewe, Lidl and also Turkish markets where u can get groceries for student-friendly prices.
Tempelhofer feld is also pretty close.
We are two creatives, Yeva (a designer from Ukraine) and Karlis (a photographer from Latvia).
We're looking for a person in their early to late twenties without pets. You should be able to communicate in English and know how to maintain the apartment clean and tidy.
We respect our private space here - this is not a party house.
We offer a two to three month sublet contract with a possibility of indefinite extension if everything works out between us. If you feel like we're a potential match, please send me a little introduction of yourself that involves your photo/insta link, name, age, nationality, occupation and hobby.
The offer is available for as long as this post is up, I am only replying to proper letters as described.
P.S. I love animals, don't get me wrong, but the apt. circumstances are not fit for that.
