Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ausgezogen und ich vermiete ihr ehemaliges Zimmer zur Überbrückung an kurzzeit Besucher*innen.
Das Zimmer kostet 35€/ Nacht für eine Person. Es ist recht klein, aber ist mit einem 1,40m Bett mit bequemer Matratze, einem Sessel und einem Schrank mit dem wichtigsten gemütlich ausgestattet. Wegen der Baustelle vor der Haustüre (Umbau zur Fahrradstrasse) und lauten Nachbar*innen ist das Zimmer leider gerade nichts für Leute mit Schlafschwierigkeiten oder Langschläfer*innen. Dafür gibt es das Rathaus Neukölln mit der U7 Station in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, den M41 Bus in 3 Minuten, und den Kanal in 2-3 Minuten Laufentfernung dazu. Das Duschbad kann natürlich mitgenutzt werden, Handtuch ist inkludiert. Die Küche kann nur nach Absprache genutzt werden, es gibt aber in nächster Umgebung gemütliche Cafés und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ich bin Mitte 30, teilzeit angestellt und manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger zuhause. Das Zimmer ist eine gute Gelegenheit, wenn du tagsüber etwas zu tun hast und nicht vorrangig zum Feiern in die Stadt kommst. Ich suche erstmal nur nach FLINTA-Personen (Das steht für Frauen, Lesben, intersexuelle, nicht-binäre, trans und agender Personen). Zur Sicherheit nehme ich 100€ Kaution in Bar, falls falls der Schlüssel verloren geht - wir können dazu gerne einen Vertrag unterschreiben, damit wir beide safe sind :)

My roommate just moved out and I'm temporarily subletting her former room for short term visitors.
The room costs 35€/night for one person. It is small, but comfortably furnished with the most important things - a 1.40m bed, an armchair and a wardrobe. Due to the construction site in front of the house (conversion to a bike lane) and noisy neighbors, the room is unfortunately not for people with difficulty sleeping or late risers. Rathaus Neukölln with it´s U7 station is an 8-minute walk away, the M41 bus is 3 minutes away, and the canal is just 2-3 minute walking distance. The bathroom with the shower can of course be used, towels included. The kitchen is not available unless by special arrangement, but there are cozy cafés and good shopping opportunities close by.
I'm in my mid-30s, employed part-time and sometimes more, sometimes less at home. The room is a good option if you have something to do during the day and are not primarily coming to the city to party. Currently I'm just looking for FLINTA people (which stands for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people). To be on the safe side, I take a deposit of 100€ in cash in case the key gets lost - we can sign a contract so that we are both safe :)
