Hello Guys,
my Name is Beata and im looking for someone to rent out my room from end of November or december till 1 Febuary. Im living in a shared flat with two other girls: Gabriela and Julie. Gabriela is 34 and works most of her time on her PHD, does some Yoga in her free time, lived in a lot of cities already but comes originally from rumania. Julie has been for over a year in germany and works on her language skills and also likes yoga.
My room comes with furnitures, is 16 m² and is directed to the south. Our flat is located in the very nice Richardplatz Kiez in the second backyard which makes it really quiet :)
S Bahn Neukölln is 6-7 walking minutes away.
Our flat situation is a Zweck-Wg , everybody is doing their own thing but its important to respect comfort zones. So in the evening time it should be quiet for sleep and relax, also tidying the kitchen or bathroom once a week is a given.
The rent is 390 EUro a month plus a deposit of 50Euro.
Because its a short time rent an Anmeldung wont be possible.
If you areinterested, I would be happy to hear from you and show you the flat.
