Welcome to our cozy WG! Our available room is a furnished, 14m² chill-out area, complete with a comfy bed, a wardrobe set, and a couch - perfect for relaxing after a long day. But wait, there's more! You'll also find some wood, ready for your crafting adventures. So if you fancy building something unique, you're in the right place. And don't worry, my roommate is always on hand to help. :-)
The heart of our home is the front part of the apartment, where you'll find a spacious and sunlit living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and our beloved balcony. This is our community space, ideal for sharing meals, stories, or just enjoying the view.
In the quieter back part of the apartment, we have 3 rooms – our personal spaces, a bathroom, and a guest toilet. It's the perfect spot for those moments when you need a little 'me time'.
Discover the charm of Britz, the cozier corner of Berlin, where our apartment is nestled. You'll be enchanted by the best of both worlds from our home. Step onto our balcony and you'll see peaceful, green views that make you feel like you're in a small, charming village. Turn around, and the cityscape unfolds before you, crowned by the iconic Fernsehturm, offering those Berlin vibes (especially when you enjoy the view from our roof :`p).
Getting around is a breeze! Just a minute's walk from our doorstep, the M44 bus awaits to whisk you to Hermannstraße and the Ringbahn in about 6 minutes. With buses arriving every 5 minutes, your journey to the heart of Berlin is quick and effortless.
Prefer the underground? The U7 line at Blaschkoallee is a mere 6-minute stroll away, directly connecting you to the city center. Convenience is key here, with supermarkets like Edeka, Penny, and Netto dotting the neighborhood. For those spontaneous cravings, there are 2 Späties around the corner for a quick beer or snack.
Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the local gym, and for those leisurely days, the nearby park and various green trails offer the perfect escape for a walk or bike ride. Your potential roommates are Rico and Leah, each with their own unique passions and projects. Rico is deeply immersed in the tech world, currently dedicating his time to developing a new app right from our home. Leah, an established artist from China, is exploring the Western art scene, actively participating in competitions and exhibitions to bring her art to new audiences.
In our WG, life is a blend of focus and social interaction. Rico and Leah, though often busy with their work, have a deep appreciation for quality time spent together. Whether it's in our cozy living room, on the balcony breathing in fresh air, or sharing a meal in the kitchen, we value meaningful conversations and philosophical discussions. If you enjoy delving into deep talks, you'll find yourself right at home with them.
The atmosphere here is usually peaceful and quiet, providing a perfect backdrop for both work and relaxation. Yet, we do enjoy shaking things up occasionally by hosting social gatherings.
