Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ausgezogen und ich vermiete ihr ehemaliges Zimmer zur Überbrückung an kurzzeit Besucher*innen.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem bequemen 1,40m Bett, einem Sessel und einem Schrank gemütlich ausgestattet. Wegen lauten Nachbarskindern ist das Zimmer leider gerade nichts für Leute mit Schlafschwierigkeiten oder Langschläfer*innen.

My roommate has just moved out and I'm renting out her former room to short-term visitors as a temporary measure.
The room is comfortably furnished with a comfortable 1.40m bed, an armchair and a closet. Because of noisy neighbors, the room is unfortunately not suitable for people with difficulty sleeping or late risers.

Das Rathaus Neukölln mit der gleichnamigen U7 Station ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der M41 Bus an der Sonnenallee in 3 Minuten, und zum Kanal sind es nur 2-3 Minuten Laufentfernung. Das Zimmer ghet zur Weserstr. raus.

Das Zimmer ist eine gute Gelegenheit, wenn du tagsüber etwas zu tun hast und nicht vorrangig zum Feiern in die Stadt kommst. Ich suche erstmal nur nach FLINTA-Personen (Das steht für Frauen, Lesben, intersexuelle, nicht-binäre, trans und agender Personen). In der Wohnung soll nicht geraucht werden. Und ca. 1x/Woche kommt ein freundlicher Hund zu Besuch.
Zur Sicherheit nehme ich 200€ Kaution in Bar, z.B. falls der Schlüssel verloren geht usw.

The room is a good option if you have something to do during the day and are not primarily coming to the city to party. For now I'm just looking for FLINTA people (which stands for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people). A friendly dog might come visiting me maximum once a week.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
To be on the safe side, I take a deposit of €200 in cash, e.g. in case the key is lost, etc.
