Your new shared room is waiting for you. In the heart of Neukölln with your own balcony facing the quiet backyard.
You can build your own little nest on approx. 16 sqm and enjoy the sunshine on the 2.5 sqm balcony.
The apartment is approx. 85sqm in size and spacious.
The 20 sqm eat-in kitchen invites you to linger and chat.
You can also enjoy a bubble bath in the bathroom with window.
Your room is adjacent to the kitchen and bathroom, while our two rooms are by the front door. You should not be highly sensitive to noises, as the shower or the clattering of plates can definitely be heard in your room. In the past, however, we have always found good arrangements and clear quiet times.

Dein neues WG-Zimmer erwartet Dich. Im Herzen Neuköllns mit eigenem Balkon zum ruhigen Hinterhof.
Auf ca. 16qm kannst Du Dir Dein kleines Nest bauen und Sonnenschein auf dem 2,5qm großen Balkon genießen.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 85qm groß und weitläufig geschnitten.
Die 20qm große Wohnküche lädt zum Verweilen und Austauschen ein.
Im Bad mit Fenster kann auch mal ein Schaumbad genossen werden.
Dein Zimmer grenzt an Küche und Bad, während unsere beiden Zimmer bei der Wohnungstür liegen. Du solltest nicht hoch sensibel auf Geräusche reagieren, denn die Dusche oder ein Tellerklimpern ist in Deinem Zimmer durchaus zu hören. In der Vergangenheit haben wir dafür aber immer gute Abstimmungen und klare Ruhezeiten gefunden.

Why is this sweetheart on the market?
My partner, Dylan, and I are tenants of the apartment. It was sublet for the last three years as we spent a lot of time in Mexico.
But now the little sun needs some love and attention again. That's why I moved in in April and have been using my free time since then to gradually make it my home again.

Warum ist dieses Schätzchen auf dem Markt?
Mein Partner, Dylan, und ich sind Mieter der Wohnung. Sie war die letzten drei Jahre untervermietet, da wir viel Zeit in Mexiko verbracht haben.
Jetzt braucht die kleine Sonne allerdings mal wieder etwas Liebe und Zuwendung. Darum bin ich im April eingezogen und seit dem in meiner freien Zeit beschäftigt, sie nach und nach wieder zu meinem Zuhause zu machen.
