Die ruhige und wunderschöne Wohnung liegt in Kreuzkölln, direkt an der Grenze zwischen Neukölln und Kreuzberg, unweit vom Hermannplatz (und somit der U-Bahn 7 und 8 und diversen Bussen). Es gibt zwei Parks, den wunderschönen Kanal mit seinen Ufern, den türkischen Wochenmarkt, Flohmärkte und unzählige Cafes, Restaurants und Sprachschulen in der fussläufigen Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (5.Etage ohne Fahrstuhl), komplett möbliert und ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Sofa und einen Essbereich mit großem Tisch/Stühlen, dein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Tisch, Stuhl, 2 Kommoden und einer Kleiderschrankhälfte, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Extra-Dusche und einen Eingangsbereich. Und das beste- eine wunderschöne Dachterasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig.
Wir nur eine*n einzelne*n (ruhigen) Untermieter*in, der*die hier ohne Übernachtungsbesuch wohnen kann und den*die wir vorher kennenlernen möchten. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon und keine Parties erlaubt.

Bei Anmietung möchten wir die Kaution bar und die Miete vorab auf dem Konto erhalten und eine Kopie des Ausweises. Die Miete wäre insgesamt 800 Euro plus Kaution.

A beautyful, sunny room in a shared flat with my partner (male, 36 years old) is waiting for you.
The appartment is in the very nice and hip area between Neukölln and Kreuzberg, close to
Hermannplatz (U7 and U8). The canal with its beautyful riversides, the Turkish market, flea market, parcs, uncountable bars and restaurants and language schools are just out of the door. It is in 5th floor without elevator and very sunny, quiet and bright.
We offer you a big living room with a big couch and an eating area with a big table and chairs, your sleeping room with double bed, table, chair, small cupboards, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtube and extra shower and entrance area. And the best- a beautyful small rooftop-terrace! The appartment has washing machine.
The room is free from 15.7.2022 (11am) - 10.8.2022 (2pm).
We offer the room to a single calm tenant without overnight visitors. Smoking only on the balcony and no parties allowed.
If renting, we would like to have the deposit cash, the rent on our account and a copy of your identity card. The whole rent is 800 Euro plus deposit.
