Da meine Mitbewohnerin zum März auszieht, suche ich nach einer/einem neuen Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr. 22 Quadratmeter groß, ruhig, mit einem großen Fenster, Blick auf einen Park, und Nachmittagssonne.
Wir haben auch ein ziemlich großes Wohnzimmer und einen großen Balkon (mit vielleicht zu vielen Blumen drauf; in der Pandemie habe ich experimentiert). Die Küche ist etwas kleiner, die typische Berliner Küche, aber man kann gemütlich essen, ebenfalls mit Blick auf den Park.
Ich arbeite freiberuflich für Filmfestivals und teils auch von zu Hause (mache Übersetzungen) und reise auch gerne oft herum (wenn es geht), bin freundlich und lustig (hat man mir gesagt) und schaue zu viele Filme. Das Zimmer würde ich an jemanden vermieten, der/die idealerweise einen Teil der Woche hier ist (oder vom Monat halt), also vielleicht pendelt.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt; an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Leinestraße" und nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Ringbahn (S-Bahn "Hermannstraße") entfernt. Hier in der Gegend kann man alles gut machen, spazieren, einkaufen, essen.
Die Gesamtmiete im Monat beträgt 480 Euro, inklusive Nebenkosten, WLan und Festnetz. Wenn Du aber tatsächlich durchgehend weniger Tage die Woche hier sein solltest, dann passe ich sie natürlich an. Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert und wir schauen, was Du behalten würdest, und was wir noch organisieren könnten.

Hello there,
Since my flatmate will be moving out at the end February, I am looking for a new person to stay with me, from the beginnig or middle of March.
I work for film festivals and also from home, doing translations, and am easy-going and funny (so they say), but I do appreciate a tidy, quiet flat. I would like to rent the room ideally to someone who is here a few days or week, or maybe a part of the month.
We also have a balcony (lots of plants, I might have over-experimented during lockdown) and a big living room. The kitchen is smaller, they typical Berlin kitchen, but cozy and also with a nice view.
The total monthly rent is EUR 480, including landline, internet, and all utilities. If you should stay regularly for just a particular number of days, we can adjust it, of course.
The flat is right at the U8-stop Leinestraße and 7 minutes walking from S-Bahn stop Hermannstraße. Tempelhof park is just behind the corner and it's an amazing place if you like to go for a walk, a run or a ride. Great shopping opportunities and some nice cafes are also around the corner. The area is generally very lively, and well-connected to many other areas in Berlin and its centre.
