Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung in einem ruhigem Haus, im dritten Stock. Im Hinterhof gibt es einen Fahrradabstellplatz. Sehr günstig gelegen, Ecke Hermannstraße/Emser Str., S/U Station Hermannstr. ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Bad:
Kürzlich komplett saniertes, helles Bad mit Duschwanne. Fön etc. alles vorhanden.
Küche:
Vollausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch, Stühlen, neuer Waschmachine & Spülmaschine.

I sublet a room in my fully furnished apartment. It is a very bright apartment on the 3rd floor in a quiet house in Neukölln. There is a backyard where you can lock your bike. Conveniently located at Hermannstraße/Emser Str. near S/U station Hermannstr.
Bathroom:
Recently completely refurbished, big and bright bathroom with shower tub. Hair drier etc. available.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped, new washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedroom:
Large double bed. Desk, wardrobe, shelf etc.
The total price includes all utilites (electicity/heating/100 mbit internet).
Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, in einer authentischen Nachbarschaft, nicht überteuert oder touristisch, aber zentral gelegen.
Direkt bei S-Bahn Hermannstraße, sehr zentral mit vielen Geschäften (Netto, Kaisers, DM, Bäckereien) und vielen Restaurants (Türkisch, Arabisch, Vietnamesisch, Italienisch...) und Bars/Cafés (Loislane, Ungeheuer, Leuchtstoff etc.). Perfekte Anbindung durch die S-Bahn/Ringbahn und die U8. Schnelle Anbindung zu beiden Flughäfen.

Perfect location in an authentic neighborhood, not overpriced or touristic, but centrally located. With public transport (Hermannstraße U8 and S-Bahn/Ringbahn).
