Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage in einer eher ruhigen Seitenstraße, nur 3 Min zu Fuß vom U-Bhf Boddinstraße und den Buslinien 104 & 167. Der Hermannplatz, Rathaus Neukölln oder die Ringbahn (S-Bhf Hermannstraße) sind von hier aus in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Freifläche des ehemaligen Tempelhofer Flugfeldes (laufen, Rad fahren, grillen, entspannen, etc.) ist per Fußweg innerhalb von 8 Min zu erreichen, auf dem Weg dorthin kreuzt man den „Schillerkiez“. Auch der Stadtpark „Die Hasenheide“ ist ganz nah. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie günstige Snackmöglichkeiten (Döner, Pizza, Burger, etc.) und viele nette Cafés und Kneipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

The apartment is in a quiet side street, only a 3-minute walk from U-Bhf Boddinstraße and the bus lines 104 & 167. Hermannplatz, Rathaus Neukölln or the Ringbahn (S-Bhf Hermannstraße) can be reached from here in a few minutes. "Tempelhofer Feld" (running, cycling, barbecuing, relaxing, etc.) can be reached by foot within 8 minutes, on the way there you cross the "Schillerkiez". The city park “Die Hasenheide” is also very close. There are a lot of shops around, also Snack options (pizza, pizza, burgers, etc.) and lots of nice pubs und cafes.
Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder einen netten Mitbewohner, die_der Lust auf unkompliziertes Zusammenleben hat. Es soll eine WG sein, in der jede*r eigenständig seinen Alltag bestreitet und seinen eigenen Haushalt innerhalb der Wohnung führt Eine freundliche und offene Atmosphäre sollte jedoch nicht fehlen.
Da ich allerdings viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit lege, erwarte ich im Gegenzug von meinem*r Mitbewohner*in, dass nach einer Kochaktion Töpfe, Geschirr usw. direkt weggeräumt werden und der Ort (ob Küche oder Bad) so verlassen wird, wie er aufgefunden wurde.
Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass zu unterschiedliche Ordnungsstile sich überhaupt nicht gut vertragen, deswegen solltest du dir der Fairness halber wirklich gut überlegen, ob du dich als ordentliche Person einschätzt und Lust auf einen sauberen Haushalt hast, da das Zusammenleben ansonsten wahrscheinlich nicht all zu lange gut gehen wird.
Da die Wohnung bereits vollständig eingerichtet ist, möchte ich den bestehenden Zustand nicht verändern.

Im looking for a nice roommate, who wants to live together in an uncomplicated way. It should be a shared apartment in which everyone can deal with their everyday lives independently and run their own household. However, a friendly and open atmosphere shouldn't be missing.
Since I attach great importance to order and cleanliness, I expect my roommate to clear away pots, dishes, etc. immediately after a cooking session and to leave the place (kitchen or bathroom) as it was found .
In my experience, too different styles of cleanliness don't get along well, so in the interests of fairness you should really think about whether you consider yourself as s tidy person and whether you want to have a clean household, otherwise living together will probably not go well for a long time.
Since the apartment is already fully furnished, I don't want to change the existing condition.
