I'm looking for a tenant to live with me in my sunny Neukölln apartment. The flat has two bedrooms and a bright kitchen that also serves as a dining room. The available bedroom overlooks the courtyard and includes a new double mattress and pallet bed, coffee table and small sofa if you would like.
The kitchen is modern and recently fitted with new applicances.
Having recently moved into the apartment myself, I'm continuing to add interesting bits of furniture as I find it.
I'm looking for someone who is easy-going and friendly.
The utility costs will be split and include gas heating, electricity and internet (50mb + WiFi).

The apartment is very close to Tempelhofer Feld and Thomashohe Park, and a very short walk away from Leinestraße on the U8 and Karl-Marx-Straße on the U7. The surrounding area features many lively cafes, bars and shops.
