Das Zimmer ist im Hinterhaus, möbliert, hell und ruhig. Alle Kosten sind mit der Miete abgedeckt.
Die Küche ist fast 7qm und mit einem Tisch und Stühlen, Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ein großes Fenster und WC.
Der Preis wird natürlich niedriger für Pendler.

The room is basically-furnished. The room is bright and quiet with all costs- internet, local phone calls, electricity, etc. included in the rent.
The kitchen is 6,8m with a table and chairs, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub, a big window and toilet. Wireless internet is included in the rent and most German landline and some 0800 calls are free, but international calls will cost extra. You will have your own phone number if you need it. Electricity, heating & service costs (water, rubbish removal, TV connection, cable etc) are also included in the rent.

Unabhängige Person über 25 gesucht für kleine 2er WG Zimmer Du bist unabhängig und bist bereit alltägliche Aufgaben im Haushalt, (wie die Reinigung des Badezimmers, Waschen die Geschirr usw.)zu teilen- ohne Dienstplan. Es wäre auch nett wenn du kleine Sachen merken würdest z.B wenn du dran bist Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, usw. zu kaufen. Du hast dein eigenes Leben und genießt auch ruhige Zeit zu Hause. Du möchtest für mindestens 1 Monaten bleiben, vielleicht länger, wenn es klappt. Du bist tolerant gegenüber Rauchen mit offenen Fenstern, aber wenn du rauchst, am liebsten nicht kettenweise...
Ich spreche Englisch (muttersprachlich) aber auch Deutsch und Polnisch. Ich bin in meiner Freizeit oft sehr beschäftigt, aber brauche auch deswegen ruhige Zeiten zu Hause. KEINE Party Wohnung!

Focussed, busy, independent person over 25 wanted for small room in my flat. You are independent and regularly do general household tasks, (e.g.cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, mopping etc) when it is your turn, without a roster/ plan. You should be aware of small things like, when it is your turn to buy toilet paper, dish washing liquid etc and be able to contribute to shared spaces. You are preferably working/ doing post-grad study/busy in whatever you do and enjoy spending quiet time at home. You are tolerant of occasional smoking with open windows, but, if you smoke, you are not a chain smoker. Some German (make a phone call in the language?) would be good.
I am a native English speaker but I also speak German and Polish. This is a quiet flat and NOT a party flat where things are separate, but friendly.
You will have a contract and everything will be official and a copy of your ID will be sent to the landlord, so you have to be legally allowed to be in Germany. Registration (Anmeldung) is possible. All bills- electricity, wireless, heating, TV tax, etc. is included in the price and you will be expected to pay the rent every month by bank transfer.
Ideally you will move in at the beginning of May, but earlier can be arranged if needed.
You are Covid aware and safe. Please no science/ Covid denying people, no conspiracy or self-as-superhero theories :) If you are invited to see the room please be prepared to wear a mask for some of the time, but not the whole time, while you are visiting. :)
