Sweetes Altbau-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in Neukölln!

Moin Welt, wir sind Ada, Nico, Alex und Marie und wohnen im schönen Neukölln. Ab November wird bei uns unser großes Berliner Zimmer frei. Marie zieht es für einige Zeit nach Leipzig und deswegen wird ihr Zimmer für 2 Monate frei. Ab ca. 5 Januar zieht es Nico dann für 3 Monate nach Thailand, weshalb es die Möglichkeit gibt, bis Anfang/Mitte März danach in sein Zimmer zur Straße (mit Balkon!) umzuziehen. Bei Interesse können wir dir das dann auch nochmal genauer erklären :)

Es gibt ein 1,40 Bett, ein Sofa, einen großen Schrank, ein Bücherregal, einen Schreibtisch und Sessel. Das Fenster geht zum Hof raus. Die Wohnung ist Berliner Altbau mit viel Charme und Geschichte. Hellhörigkeit gehört dazu. Nico hat einen Balkon an seinem Zimmer, den wir alle nach Absprache mitbenutzen.

Zu uns: wir, Ada, Nico und Alex wohnen zusammen in der RosiWG. Ada macht ihren Master in Stadtplanung und arbeitet 2 Tage die Woche und verbringt lieber Zeit in Italien anstatt an ihrer Masterarbeit zu schreiben, Nico macht Kunst/Film/Gastrokram und frohlockt durch die Weltgeschichte in Fritzi dem Auto, Alex ist unser neustes WGMitglied aus Brasilien und erkundet mit dem Flitzefahrrad Berlin. Zusätzlich haben wir einen zugeflogenen Baum "Fritz den 2.", der aus unserem Balkon wächst. Fritz der 1. war eine Ulme und ist schon ausgesetzt, Fritz der 2. ist ein Ahorn. Wir machen gerne Sachen zusammen, nageln Sachen an die Wand, trinken Bier auf dem Balkon, kochen mehr oder weniger kompliziert, schauen Autos beim parken zu, und lachen gerne. Wir sind alle aktiv und sind mal mehr und mal weniger zuhause, gerade Nico und Alex arbeiten Abends. Trotzdem genießen wir unser gemeinsames Wohnen. Wenn du gesellig bist, Bock auf aufgeschlossene, unkomplizierte Mitbewohnis hast und Zeit mit uns im tollen Neukölln verbringen willst, schreib uns gern (MIT TELEFONNUMMER) an.

Moin world, we are Ada, Nico, Alex and Marie and live in beautiful Neukölln. From November on our big Berlin room will be free. Marie is moving to Leipzig for some time and therefore her room will be free for 2 months. From about January 5th Nico will move to Thailand for 3 months, so there is the possibility to move to his room facing the street (with balcony!) until the beginning/mid of March. About us: we, Ada, Nico and Alex live together in the RosiWG. Ada is doing her masters in urban planning and works 2 days a week and prefers to spend time in Italy instead of writing her masters thesis, Nico is doing art/film/gastronomy stuff and is jetting around the world in Fritzi the car, Alex is our newest WG member from Brazil and is exploring Berlin on his speedy bike. Additionally we have a flown tree "Fritz the 2nd", which grows out of our balcony. Fritz the 1st was an elm and is already abandoned, Fritz the 2nd is a maple. We like to do things together, nail things to the wall, drink beer on the balcony, cook more or less complicated, watch cars parking, and laugh with pleasure. We are all active and are sometimes more and sometimes less at home, especially Nico and Alex work in the evenings. Nevertheless we enjoy our living together. P.S. We are all vaccinated, boostered and believe in COVID. We would like to have roommates who do the same.
