Ich will eine WG gründen, möchtest du dich anschließen ?

Lagen mäßig würde ich halt eher dazu neigen in den Ring zu ziehen und vielleicht sowas wie Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Prenzlauer Berg usw...

Ich fend es schon eine WG zu erschaffen wo alle gut miteinander klarkommen.
Wo mal gern zusammen gekocht wird, oder einen filme Abend startet oder einfach ausgeht und was unternimmt.
Aber wo man sich auch mal zurück ziehen kann, ohne dann gestört zu werden und ein respektvolles miteinander herrscht.
Sowas wie ne WG party wär zwar cool, aber nicht jedes Wochenende oder generell zu oft.

Ich würd auch gerne eine gemischte WG haben, welche ein safe space für Queer and PoC sein soll.

Was die WG Größe betrifft bin ich recht offen, würde es davon abhängig machen wie viele sich zusammen tun.
Fend aber sowas wie einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Balkon/Terrasse super, vor allem falls wir am ende doch n Paar mehr sind.

Apartment parties would be cool, but not every weekend or too often.

Im relatively open to how many roommates we are going to be, it depends on how many people i end up finding.
But id like to have a shared living room, hopefully with a balcony or terrance, especially if we end up being a few more.

Ich hab n Budget von 500 Euro, wäre super wenn deines ähnlich ist (ist aber auch kein muss).
Da es aber eine Neugründung ist muss relativ vieles angeschafften werden, das würde ich dann unter allen WG Mitbewohnern aufteilen. Natürlich hat aber auch jeder ein Mitsprache recht.

Falls du dir das vorstellen kannst dann beantworte bitte noch diese Fragen
- Grundinfo über dich, was du so machst und was dich so interessiert
- wie hoch dein Budget ist
- Ob du bereit wärst mit in den Hauptmietvertrag ein zu treten
- wie lang du vorhast in Berlin (und bestenfalls in der WG) zu bleiben

Benutz a, besten noch das Stichwort "FRIENDS" damit ich weiß das du es bis hierher geschafft hast

(mir ist schnuppe ob ihr euern standard text schickt oder nicht ich möchte nur wissen das ihr die anzeige durch gelesen habt)

Dadurch das ich jetzt schon recht viele Anfragen bekommen habe ist erstmal klar das ich leider nicht jeden in Erwägung ziehen kann.

By budget is at 500 Euros and i'd be nice if yours would be similar, however that's not a must.
Since this would be a brand new flat initial costs will be a little higher since there would be a bunch of stuff we still need. The costs would be shared between everyone in the flat and choices would be made with the consent of all of us.
