Mein Name ist Savannah (21) und ich suche jetzt schon seit Ewigkeiten ein Zimmer, hab jedoch kein Glück.
Nach 80 angeschriebenen Anzeigen dachte ich mir also, "ist bestimmt leichter selber eine zu gründen", vielleicht kam dir ja auch mal der Gedanke ?
Das bringt mich auch schon zu meiner Anzeige, ich suche quasi gleich gesinnte mit denen ich mich zusammenschließen kann, dabei möchte ich jedoch ungern das es eine Zweck-WG wird. Es wäre schön wenn ich eine Truppe zusammen sammeln kann die ähnlich denkt und drauf ist.
Das Heißt wenn du :
- Geimpft Bist
- in deinen frühen 20er bist
- geregeltes einkommen hast (BAföG, Arbeit oder was auch immer)
- Lust hast eine kleine WG family auf zu bauen (aka Friends Vibes)
- Akzeptanz und Toleranz als selbstverständlich siehst
- aufgeschlossen und kontaktfreudig bist
Wohnungssuche beginnt erst nachdem ich Leute zusammen getrommelt habe (ist ja logisch sonst weiß ich nicht wonach ich suchen muss) , wäre auch gut wenn du bereit wärst mit in den Hauptmietvertrag ein zu treten.

Well that brings me to this Ad, basically I am looking for similar minded people with whom i can come together to look for a shared apartment, however i would like this to be more than people living together simply because they got no other choice. It would be cool if i could find a group that thinks similarly.

Lagen mäßig würde ich halt eher dazu neigen in den Ring zu ziehen und vielleicht sowas wie Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Prenzlauer Berg usw...

Ich fend es schon eine WG zu erschaffen wo alle gut miteinander klarkommen.
Wo mal gern zusammen gekocht wird, oder einen filme Abend startet oder einfach ausgeht und was unternimmt.
Aber wo man sich auch mal zurück ziehen kann, ohne dann gestört zu werden und ein respektvolles miteinander herrscht.
Sowas wie ne WG party wär zwar cool, aber nicht jedes Wochenende oder generell zu oft.
Ich würd auch gerne eine gemischte WG haben, welche ein safe space für Queer and PoC sein soll.
Was die WG Größe betrifft bin ich recht offen, würde es davon abhängig machen wie viele sich zusammen tun.
Fend aber sowas wie einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Balkon/Terrasse super, vor allem falls wir am ende doch n Paar mehr sind.

But also a place for everyone to come back and relax, without being disturbed and where we are respectful towards each other.
Apartment parties would be cool, but not every weekend or too often.
Id like to have a mixed apartment, wich should be a safe space for Queer and PoC.
Im relatively open to how many roommates we are going to be, it depends on how many people i end up finding.
But id like to have a shared living room, hopefully with a balcony or terrance, especially if we end up being a few more.
Ich hab n Budget von 500 Euro, wäre super wenn deines ähnlich ist (ist aber auch kein muss).
Da es aber eine Neugründung ist muss relativ vieles angeschafften werden, das würde ich dann unter allen WG Mitbewohnern aufteilen. Natürlich hat aber auch jeder ein Mitsprache recht.
Falls du dir das vorstellen kannst dann beantworte bitte noch diese Fragen
- Grundinfo über dich, was du so machst und was dich so interessiert
- wie hoch dein Budget ist
- Ob du bereit wärst mit in den Hauptmietvertrag ein zu treten
- wie lang du vorhast in Berlin (und bestenfalls in der WG) zu bleiben
Benutz a, besten noch das Stichwort "FRIENDS" damit ich weiß das du es bis hierher geschafft hast
(mir ist schnuppe ob ihr euern standard text schickt oder nicht ich möchte nur wissen das ihr die anzeige durch gelesen habt)

Dadurch das ich jetzt schon recht viele Anfragen bekommen habe ist erstmal klar das ich leider nicht jeden in Erwägung ziehen kann.

By budget is at 500 Euros and i'd be nice if yours would be similar, however that's not a must.
Since this would be a brand new flat initial costs will be a little higher since there would be a bunch of stuff we still need. The costs would be shared between everyone in the flat and choices would be made with the consent of all of us.
