Hi lovely people,
I am leaving my beautiful room in a 3 person WG in the center of Berlin 😻. Anmeldung possible 🙌🏻
We share one kitchen and one bathroom.
I will pass on my furniture, plants and kitchen stuff to the next tenant so you will have everything you need already in place for 250€
We currently have a contract until the end of the year that can be extended with our landlord (we already have spoken about this with him). So the current contract will stay the same (you will still get anmeldung) and the next one will be with your name on it :)
My flatmates are Chris (UK) and Marilena (Greece) and super nice and friendly. (Will upload some pics of bathroom and kitchen in a bit)
Super close to U-Bahnhof Hermannplatz and very well connected.
