zuerst mal die Hard Facts:
- das/die Zimmer werden erst einmal auf 6 Monate befristet vermietet
- es kann leider keine Anmeldung geben
- zuerst wird Fi's Zimmer für 2 Monate vermietet, danach Russell's Zimmer für 4 Monate - du musst also Ende November innerhalb der WG umziehen!
Fi's Zimmer (29.09.-26.11.)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem 1,40m Bett, einem Schreibtisch, Sofas und einer Kommode.
Ich werde im Oktober und November verreisen, deshalb ist das Zimmer nur für 2 Monate frei. Danach kannst du dann aber für 4 weitere Monate in das Zimmer von Russell ziehen, der Ende November die Wohnung verlässt.
Russell's Zimmer (25.11.23-31.03.24)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem 1,40m Bett, einem Regal und Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Russell wird im November ausziehen, sodass du in sein Zimmer einziehen kannst.
Beide Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon, sind gleich groß und sind ruhig :)

Dear seekers,
first of all the hard facts:
- the room(s) will be rented for a limited period of 6 months (maybe extendable)
- unfortunately there can be no registration
- first Fi's room will be rented for 2 months, then Russell's room for 4 months - so you have to move within the WG at the end of November!
Fi's room (29.09.-26.11.)
The room is furnished with a 1.40m bed, a desk, sofas and a dresser.
I will be traveling in October and November, so the room is only available for 2 months. But after that you can move into Russell's room for 4 more months, who is leaving at the end of November.
Russell's room (25.11.23-31.03.24)
The room is furnished with a 1.40m bed, a shelf and storage space.
Russell will be moving out in November so you can move into his room.
Both rooms have a small balcony, are the same size and are quiet :)
Direkt beim Tempelhofer Feld, schönster Kiez Berlins mit wunderschönen Cafés, Restaurants und Bars und einem Markt am Samstag.
Right next to Tempelhofer Feld, Berlin's most beautiful neighborhood with wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars and a market on Saturdays.
Russell ist 36 und ich, Fi , bin 35. Leider zieht Russell aus und ich bin für 2 Monate unterwegs, sodass unser gemeinsames WG-Leben ein Ende findet. Daher suchen wir würdigen Ersatz. Russell und ich haben immer immer mal Lust abends zusammen zu kochen oder ein Gläschen Wein zu trinken.
Russell is 36 and I, Fi , am 35. Unfortunately, Russell is moving out and I am on the road for 2 months, so our shared WG life comes to an end. Therefore we are looking for worthy replacements. Russell and I always feel like cooking together in the evening or drinking a glass of wine.
