Ich vermiete langfristig mein privates 7qm Zimmerin meinem Hotel.
Alles fertig eingerichtet. Putzfrauen machen sauber, kleine Snacks gibt es frisch jeden Morgen: + Bad nebenan. Alles in einem einheitlichen Stil, seht selbst auf den Fotos.
Im Küchenraum arbeite ich meistens vom Laptop aus, also kannst du gern dich auch dahin setzen, falls du remote arbeiten musst (Wasserkocher etc. auch da).
Das Schlafzimmer ist ein feines kleines Zimmer, mit großem Bett und großen Kleiderschrank (Handtücher, Bettzeug usw. alles da).
Das Bad nebenan ist groß und geräumig.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche..

I rent out my private 7 sqm room in my hotel in Karl Marx Straße on a long-term basis.
Everything is fully furnished. Cleaners do the cleaning, snacks are fresh every morning: + bathroom next door. Everything in a uniform style, see for yourself in the photos.
In the kitchen room I mostly work from my laptop, so feel free to sit there if you need to work remotely (kettle etc also there).
The bedroom is a nice little room, with a big bed and a big wardrobe (towels, bedding etc. all there).
There is a fully equipped kitchen....

Es ist alles da was man zum Leben brauch: Supermärkte, Kaffee, Spätis, Restaurant, Shoppen: Alles was man brauch.
Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen aber feinen Hof :-)
